Mark Sullivan

Mr. Sullivan is a senior modeler with extensive experience working in the small MPO environment, most recently with the Skagit Council of Governments (SKOG) in Washington, where he created the regional transportation model in VISUM. He also has provided on-call traffic engineering services to the Cities of La Mesa, Lemon Grove and Temecula as well as supervised a traffic count program for the Port of San Diego. He is experienced with travel demand modeling, GIS data management, traffic analyses, traffic operations and design. He has special abilities in experimental design, survey design, econometric and discrete choice modeling, stochastic modeling, linear programming, and technical writing and presentation.
