Kevin Chen, P.E.

Kevin Chen is a senior transportation engineer with more than nine years of experience in transportation planning and engineering. He is a licensed Civil Engineer in the State of California. Mr. Chen has completed a large number planning studies including transportation circulation elements for environmental impact reports, and traffic operations studies of freeway corridors throughout the Bay Area and Sacramento. He has a thorough background in the development and application of micro-simulation models, as well as working with various travel demand models to develop traffic forecasts.
