Kevin Chen

Mr. Chen is a traffic/transportation engineer with over five years of experience in advanced traffic operations analysis, including freeway corridor study, interchange operations, as well as intersection analysis. He has a thorough background in the development and application of micro-simulation models such as CORSIM, VISSIM and Simtraffic. Mr. Chen is experienced with preparing traffic impact reports. He has completed various traffic studies and impact analysis for various developments. He uses Traffix, Highway Capacity Software (HCS) or Synchro software to calculate traffic levels of service (LOS). Mr. Chen is also experienced working with travel demand model networks in various software platforms such as TransCAD and Viper.
