Dr. Vasin (Tum) Kiattikomol, an Associate Transportation Engineer at Dowling Associates, has over 7 years of experience in transportation planning and traffic analysis. His post-doctoral work with the University of California, Davis and his graduate research work at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville has enriched his knowledge in Public Transportation, Traffic Operations, Highway Safety and Crash Analysis, Intelligence Transportation Systems (ITS), and Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
