Franklin Cai

Mr. Franklin Cai, an EIT with Dowling Associates Inc., is experienced in transportation modeling and simulation, accident analysis, parking and trip generation studies and he is very skilled at extracting large amounts of data for information and performing statistical analysis. He is also experienced with EMME2, TP+, ArcView GIS, Synchro, Traffix and MS MapPoint. Mr. Cai has his MS in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering as well as his BS in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research.
