Carol M. Saucedo, P.E.


Ms. Saucedo is a licensed Traffic Engineer with seven years of experience in transportation planning and engineering. Her project experience includes traffic operations, traffic impact studies, circulation elements for environmental impact reports (EIR) and general plans, and corridor studies. She has managed transportation planning and engineering studies ranging from small single-use developments to large regionally impacting multi-use developments. She has performed detailed research and surveys for collecting and establishing existing, proposed and future year field conditions including traffic volumes, geometrics, and signal timing. Ms. Saucedo has analyzed intersection and roadway operations using a variety of methodologies and software applications.
