Carol M. Saucedo, P.E.


Ms. Saucedo is a licensed Traffic Engineer with over ten years of experience in transportation planning and engineering.  Her project experience includes traffic operations, traffic impact studies, circulation elements for environmental impact reports (EIR) and general plans, Corridor System Management Plans (CSMP), and corridor traffic operational studies.  She has managed transportation planning and engineering studies ranging from small single-use developments to large regionally impacting multi-use developments throughout California.  Ms. Saucedo has analyzed intersection, freeway, and roadway operations using a variety of methodologies and software applications.
