Neelita Mopati


Neelita has experience in developing and applying travel forecasting models, traffic impact studies and GIS. She graduated with a M.S in Transportation Engineering at the University of California at Berkeley. She is currently assisting in the development of the CCTA Decennial Model in TransCAD, revalidation of the Tulare County Model Update in TP+/Viper and landuse consolidation for the Solano Napa Model Multi Modal Model Update. She also has experience on county wide circulation studies, school circulation and parking studies, roadway design and GIS. In addition, she is proficient with the use of CUBE/TP+, EMME/2, Traffix, AutoCAD, ArcView8.3,C++, SQL and ExcelVBA
