Debbie Chan Yueh, AICP


Ms. Debbie Yueh is a Senior Planner responsible for preparing traffic impact studies and pedestrian and bicycle master plans, performing traffic operations analyses, and conducting a range of transportation-related research. She is experienced with transit-oriented developments, large-scale mixed-use projects, and school and church site studies. Before joining Dowling Associates, Debbie had worked in municipal governments and in the land development/home building industry. Debbie holds Master degrees in Urban Planning and Business Administration and has extensive experience in international sales and marketing.
