Debbie Chan Yueh, AICP


Ms. Debbie Yueh is a certified planner with over six years of experience in transportation planning and operations.   She specializes in multi-modal transportation analysis for general plans, specific plans and development studies and the preparation of the related environmental documents.  Her work also includes pedestrian and bicycle master plans as well as school-related operations and impact assessments.  Ms. Yueh managed projects throughout California such as Curtis Park Village, a mixed-used, infill development in Sacramento; the Oakland Unified School District Downtown Education Complex, an urban school expansion project; West Ceres Specific Plan, a large mixed-use development in the central valley, and Fruitvale Transit Village II, a transit-oriented residential development in Oakland.  Before joining Dowling Associates, Debbie has worked in municipal governments.  Debbie also holds an MBA degree and has extensive experience in international sales and marketing.
