Allen Huang

Mr. Allen Huang, a Senior Transportation Engineer at Dowling Associates Inc., has almost 10 years of experience in transportation planning and engineering. He is highly skilled in traffic microsimulation software, such as VISSIM and Paramics for area-wide transportation planning, traffic operation studies, and traffic impact analysis. He possesses a strong programming ability in Microsoft Access and Excel for transportation data analysis and collision/accident analysis of identifying high collision/accident location, plotting collision/accident diagram, and statistical analysis of collision/accident records.

He has intensive experience at the Geographic Information System (GIS) and also many parking studies. He has done many parking related projects, such as a school parking circulation project, parking guidance system project, parking user survey project.
