Michael Carroll

Mike has twelve years of experience in transportation planning and engineering. His work has involved neighborhood transportation planning, school transportation planning and traffic safety, parking and circulation studies, and extensive traffic impact analysis. Mike is currently enrolled in the City and Regional Planning Doctoral program at the University of California, Berkeley.
