TurnsW computes forecast turning volumes from existing turning movement volumes and forcasted future approach and departure volumes, using the techniques described in NCHRP 255, 'HIGHWAY TRAFFIC DATA FOR URBANIZED AREA PROJECT PLANNING AND DESIGN', Chapter 8.

TurnsW32 v2 has been updated to include more reports, more in/out balancing methods, more options for reading in traffic volumes, and a help file. NOTE: TurnsW32 is a freeware program for use without charge, but it is not supported in any way. No warranty express or implied is provided by Dowling Associates, Inc. for any version of this program.
